" Rendez-Food " is a Tokyo-based catering company founded by two French entrepreneurs. Merging the sophistication of French culinary with the vibrant flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, Rendez-Food creates tailor-made dining experiences that reflect the dynamic spirit of Tokyo. Specializing in bespoke catering for corporate events, private celebrations, and special occasions, "Rendez-Food " delivers beautifully composed dishes from refined verrines to meticulously curated bites. It all started in Tokyo, In 2020. Raphaël Vinci and Fabian Grivet, two passionate French chefs, crossed paths in Tokyo’s vibrant food scene. After a year of working together on culinary projects, they decided to turn their passion into something lasting : Rendez-Food — a catering company that brings people together through elegant, French-inspired cuisine.

THE FOUNDERS

Born and raised in the south of France, in the town of Saint-Tropez, I began my culinary journey 15 years ago as a pâtissier. Over the years, I expanded my expertise beyond pastry, gaining experience in renowned kitchens across France, the UK, and various parts of Asia, continuously refining my craft and culinary sensibility. My career has taken me through a diverse range of environments — from luxury hotels and traditional brasseries to Michelin-starred restaurants — each one shaping my approach to cuisine.

Five years ago, I made Japan my home, where I have been immersing myself in its rich and delicate culinary culture, and developing a personal interpretation that respects its depth while bringing a European perspective.

For me, cooking is more than just the act of preparing food; it is a meaningful way to connect with others — a shared experience that lingers gently in memory.
